In encyclopedia of the policy of the day, in mental and ideological communities and finally in national and international gatherings, a party is a collection of individuals of a country that by perception of situation and feeling of responsibility and having common thinking, united with each other, work on lines and plans, maps designed for alteration of the status of society; and invite others for their objectives. Basely, the o­bjective of organizing a party is a step towards metal, political, social and economical rebuilding of a country. As more the individuals of a society think higher and deeper, the more they rush toward social and political formations.

With regard to the status of the country and demands of the nations, on the basis of the requirements of Afghanistan society, on the new stage of thoughts and strategy. We decided to organize a party in the name of (Hezbe Nokhbagan Mardome Afghanistan)

It is clear that the history of forty years backing which the decade of democracy is also included is as an open book with doleful chapters and means, available for learned people. Shortages of thoughts and ideology caused the influence of strange ideology into skeleton and anatomy of our policy and society. Lack of political, social and scientific formation and coordination resulted in that our nation and country be damageable, become the yard for strangers invasion, be under indecent intervention of foreigners; and finally witness situation and conditions that we now observe in new the political stage.

الحمد للہ رب العالمین والصلاة والسلام علی افضل الانبیاءوالمرسلین

فی الموسوعة السیاسیة والمجامع الفکریة والایدیولوجیة و حتی المحافل الوطنیة والعالمیة ان الحزب عبارة عن مجموعة من ۱فراد کل بلد، یجتمعون حول فکرة واحدة و یعملون ما لتنفیذ البرامج والخط التی توضع لتغییر ۱وضاع المجتمع و یقومون بدعوة الاخرین لیقفوا معھم فی صف واحد۔ ان من ۱ھداف تشکیل حزب السیر اماما نحوا اعادة البناءالفکری والسیاسی والاجتماعی والاقتصادی فی بلد نا، و کلما یکون مستوی الفکری لافراد المجتمع ۱علی و ۱رفع کلما یتوجھون ۱کثر نحو تشکلات اجتماعیة و سیاسیة۔
نظرا لا و ضاع البلد و تلبیة للمتطلبات الشعبیة قررنا فی ھذا المرحلة الفکریة اوالا ستراتیجیة تاسیس حزب

۱ن الفراغات السیاسیة والفکریة والایدیولوجیة سببت فی استیراد الایدیولوجیات الاجنبیة و اثرت تلک الایدیولوجیات الغربیة علی الھیکل السیاسی والاجتماعی للبلد، و لعدم وجود تشکل اجتماعی متین ۱صبح البلد معرضا لاخطار من کل الجوانب، و تعرض لتدخلات اجنبیة سافرة، مما ۱دی الی ایجاد ظروف ماسویة نشاھدھا جمیعا۔
